County of Bannock ORDINANCE NO. 301 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE DISTRICT WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER, SEC- TION 34, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 34 E.B.M., FROM LIMITED RESIDEW TIAL (R-2) TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESI- DENTIAL (R-1); PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN .THE LAND USE PAT- TERN PRESCRI13ED IN THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; DECLAR- ING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL FINDS THAT SUCH CHANGE IN LAND USE DISTRICT IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE ALTERNATIONS MADE IN THE LAND USE PATTERN PRESCRIBED BY THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: PASSED BY THE MAYOR AND COUN- CIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this 19th day of April, 1988. S/John O.
