AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING SEC-
TION 9.20.044 TO INCREASE THE FEE
FOR THE FIRST IMPOUNDMENT OF
AN ANIMAL FROM $15.00 TO $20.00
AND TO PROVIDE $2.00 PER DAY
MAINTENANCE CHARGE; AMENDING
SECTION 9.20.045 TO PROVIDE FOR
THE DISPOSITION OF ANIMAL CAR-
CASSES BY THE ANIMAL CONTROL
OFFICER AND TO PROVIDE FOR A
FEE FOR SUCH DISPOSITION; AND
AMENDING THE TITLE OF SECTION
9.20.051 TO MAKE IT CONSISTENT
WITH THE BODY OF THE ORDI-
NANCE; REPEALING PRIOR CON-
FLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING
FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING THAT ALL OTHER SEC-
TIONS AND PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER
9 NOT HEREIN AMENDED SHALL RE-
MAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT;
AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THEMAYOR
AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND AP-
PROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, THIS
26TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1988,
