NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT
,COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
NOTICE 1S HEREBY GIVEN that on
January 7, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. in the City
Municipal ,Building, 5169 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho the Land Use and De
velopment Commission will conduct a
Public hearing with respect to the follow
Ing items:
1) A proposal by Donald B. Mitchell 261
Briscoe for a hardship variance to place
a mobile home at 261 Briscoe. Property is
presently zoned R 2, Limited Residential.
2) A proposal by the City of Chubbuck to
change the city's Comprehensive Plan
Land Use Pattern and the existing Land
Use district in the Paradise Acres Subdi-
vision, excepting block 18, and in the
Greener Pastures Subdivision. it is pro-
posed that the land use pattern and Land
Use District be changed from Limited
Residential R-2 to Single Family Residen-
tial R -T. Streets affected by the change
would be: Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Leah,
Noah, Moses, Eden, David, Ruth, Eve,
Sorrell, Lariat.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on January 12, 1988 at the hour of
7:30 in the City Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho, the
City Council will hold a hearing to change
the city's Comprehensive Plan Land Use
Pattern and the existing land use district
in the Paradise Acres Subdivision, ex-
cepting block 18, and in the Greener
Pastures Subdivision from limited resi-
dential R-2 to single family residential R-
1 along with the recommendations of the
Land Use and Development Commission.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR at both hearings with regard to the
foregoing item, and at the times indicated
will be given an opportunity to be heard
in support of or in opposition to the
proposed change in the Comprehensive
plan.

ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
