NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m.,
October 1, 1987, at the Chubbuck City
Office, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho, with respect to the following
item
1). Proposed changes in the City's
Comprehensive Plan to provide more
definitive standards and criteria for mak-
ing Land Use & Development decisions.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT On October 13, 1987, at the hour of
7:30 p.m. in the City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone the City Councilwill
hold a hearing to change the city's
comprehensive plan to provide more de-
finitive standards and criteria for making
Land Use & Development decisions to-
gether with the recommendations of the
Land Use and Development Commission.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR at both hearings with regard to the
foregoing item, and at the times indicated
will be given an opportunity to be heard
in support of or in opposition to the
proposed change in the comprehensive
plan.

Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
