County of Bannock CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO ORDINANCE NO. 295 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDA90, AMENDING SEC- TION 2.04.010 OF THE CHUBBUCK MU- NICIPAL CODE BY REDUCING THE SALARY OF THE MAYOR OF THE CITY FROM $760.00 PER MONTH TO $600.00 PER MONTH; REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDI- NANCE; PROVIDING THAT ALL OTH- ER SECTIONS AND PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 2.04 NOT HEREIN AMEND- ED SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE~ AND EFFECT; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE- COME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND AP- PROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this 25th day of August, 1987. S/John O.
