DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commission
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m.,
July 9, 1987, at the Chubbuck City Office,
5164 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Ida-
ho, with respect to the following items:
1y. A proposal by Kai S. Kinghorn. 4832
Freedom, for a variance from the mini-
mum sideyard requirements to build a
double car garage. Property is presently
zoned R-2, Limited Residential.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing item
and at the time indicated will be given an
Opportunity to be heard in support of or in
Opposition to proposal.

ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
