AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDED SEC-
TION 18.08.010 (b) TO PROHIBIT THE
ERECTION OF DOUBLE HOUSEHOLD
DWELLINGS (DUPLEXES) IN SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1) LAND
USE DISTRICTS, AND THEREBY
CLARIFYINGINCONSISTENCY WITH-
IN TITLE 18; PROVIDING FOR THE
SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS
OF THIS AMENDATORY ORDINANCE
AND OF THE SECTION OF THE CHUB -
BUCK MUNICIPAL CODE AMENDED;
REPEALING THOSE PROVISIONS OF
TITLE 18 OF THE CHUBBUCK MUNICI-
PAL CODE WHICH ARE IN CONFILICT
WITH THIS AMENDATORY ORDI-
NANCE; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFEC-
TIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND AP-
PROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, I.DAHO, this 9th
day of JUNE, 1987.
