Sealed bids for approximately 52,600 S.Y.
of asphalt seal coat with seal coat aggre
gate willbe received by the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho at the office of the City
Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub
buck, Idaho, until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday
June 23, 1987, at which time the bids duly
submitted will be opened and read. A
complete list of materials and specifica-
tions for which the bids are solicited is
available at the office of the City Engl-
neer, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho. All bids must be delivered
under sealed security in the amount of
five percent (5%) of the amount bid;
cash, cashiers check payable to the city,
certified check payable to the city, or
bidder's bond executed by a qualified
surety company payable to the city. The
city reserves the right to reject any and
all bids, or to accept the lowest responsi-
ble bid, or any item of any such bid,
deemed most advantageous to the city.
Bidders are hereby notified that accept-
ance of this contract by the successful
bidder constitutes certification that the
bidder is or will be in full compliance
with applicable Federal and/or State law.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
