County of Bannock ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Chubbuck, Idaho Sealed bids for approximately 3133 Square yards of asphalt pavement (only) for Homestead Road, will be received by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, at the office Of the City Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Ave- nue, Chubbuck, Idaho, until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday June 9, 1987, at which time the bids duly submitted will be opened and read. A complete list of materials and specifications for which the bids are solicited is available at the office of the City Engineer, 5766 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho. Alf bids must be deliv- ered under sealed cover, and must con- tain one of the following forms of bidders security inthe amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid; cash, cashiers check payable to the city, certified check payable to the city, or bidder's bond executed by a qualified surety company payable to the city. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept the lowest responsible bid, or any item of any such bid, deemed most advantageous to the city. Bidders are hereby notified that acceptance of this contract by the successful bidder consti. tutes certification that the bidder is or will be in full comp€lance with applicable Federal and/or State law.
