CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO ORDINANCE NO. 292 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ADDING A NEW SECTION 17.16.045 TO THE CHUBBUCK MUNICIPAL CODE, PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CITY ySTREETS AT A LANDOWNER'S EXPENSE AND PROVIDING A MECHANISM WHERE BY SAID LANDOWNER MAY RECOV- ER PART OF THE COST OF SUCH EXTENSION FROM ADJOINING PROP- ERTY OWNERS, REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PRO- VIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS. ORDI- NANCE; PROVIDING THAT ALL OTH- ER SECTIONS AND PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 17.16 NOT HEREIN AMEND- ED SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE- COME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND AP- PROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this 28th day of APRIL, 1986. S/John O.
