County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LAND USE AND DEVELPMENT COMMISSION CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 2, 1987 at 7:30 P.M. in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho the Land Use and De- velopment Commission will conduct a public hearing on an application by Roy J. Lacey, 12411 N. Corey Lane, Pocatello, Idaho with respect to: A change in the City's comprehensive plan from single Family Residential (R- 1) tolimited Residential (R-2) with re- spect to a parcel of land containing 19 acres located on the west side of Haw- thorne Road 5500 block (South 1/2 of the northeast quarter of the northeast quart- er of section 4 township 6 south, range 34 east B.M.) Bannock County, Idaho. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14th day of April, 1987, at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, the City Council will hold a hearing to change the comprehensive plan from Single Family Residential (R-1) to Limited Resi- dential (R-2) together with the recom- mendations of the Land Use and Deveop- ment Commission. INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY AP- PEAR at both hearings with regard to the foregoing item, and at the times indicated will be given an Opportunity -o,be heard in support of or in opposi ui to the proposed change ip the comp ,ehensive plan.
