NOTICE OF'PUBLiC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on
March 5, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. in the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho the Land Use and De-
velopment Commission will conduct a
Public hearing on an application by Roy
J. Lacey, 12411 N. Corey Lane, Pocatello,
Idaho with respect to:
1. Review of Preliminary Plat for the
proposed Espie Addition
2. Change in Land Use District of Esple
Addition upon requested annexation to
General Residential (R-2)
3. Conditional Use permit for production
building cluster arrangement within the
proposed Espie Addition,
4. Conditional Use permit for Class II
Production Buildings within the proposed
Espie Addition.
The parcel of land for which preliminary
plat approval and permits are requested
is located on the west side of Hawthorne
Road, 5500 block (South 1/7 of the north-
east quarter of the northeast quarter of
section 4 township 6 south, range 34 east
B.M.) Bannock County, Idaho. Said par-
cel contains about 19 acres.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 10th day of March, 1987, at the
hour of 7:30 P.M., in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, the
City Council will hold a hearing to review
the preliminary plat, annexation, and
Land Use District Change of the Espie
Addition together with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use and Development
Commission.
Interested citizens may appear at both
hearings with regard to the foregoing
items, and at the times indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition to the proposed
plat.

STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
