NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USE AND
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AT
7:30 p.m., on February 5, 1986, at the city
municipal building, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck, Idaho the Land Use and De-
velopment Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will conduct a public hearing
with regard to the following:
A proposal by Ken's Auto Mart, 4639
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
for a variance in the maximum height
requirement of 60 feet to 88 feet for
purpose of installing a predominant flag-
pole to fly the Ameican flag. Property is
presently zoned Genral Commercial (C-
2). .
INTERESTE=D CITIZENS MAY AP-
PEAR with regard to the foregoing Item
and at the time indicated wilt be given an
opportunity to be heard in support of or In
opposition to proposal.

ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
