NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USE AND
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Land Use and Development Commis-
sion of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hearing at 8:00 pm,
May 2, 1991, at the Chubbuck City
Office, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with respect to the
following items:
1. A proposal by Dale Shook, 960 W.
Quinn Road, for a conditional use per-
mit to place a Class Il Production Dwell-
ing (Mobile Home) at the above ad-
dress. Property is presently zoned Lim-
ited Residential (R-2).
2. A proposal by Iris Glover, 123 Stuart,
for a R.V. Storage on Fern Street be-
hind or South of 117, 123, 131, 135
Stuart. Property is presently zoned
General Commercial (C-2).
A COPY OF THE APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOU
TO REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY MUST BE
SUBMITTED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO
HEARINGS.
YOU MAY APPEAL IN WRITING THE
DECISION OF THE LAND USE
BOARD TO THE CITY COUNCIL
WITHIN 25 DAYS OF THE LAND USi
MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of or in
opposition to the proposal.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within the meaning
