ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
City of Chubbuck, Idaho
Sealed bids for computer hardware and
software will be received by the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho at the office of the
City Clerk, 5160 Yellowstone Ave.,
Chubbuck, Idaho, until 2:00 p.m., May
23rd, 1991, at which time the bids duly
submitted will be opened and read. A
complete list of specifications for which
the bids are solicited is available at the
office of the City Clerk, 5160 Yellows-
tone Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho 83202. All
bids must be delivered under sealed
cover, and must contain one of the
following forms of bidders security in
the amount of five percent (5%) of the
amount bid; cash, cashiers check pay-
able to the city, or bidder's bond exe-
cuted by a qualified surety company
payable to the city. The city reserves
the right to reject any and all bids, or
any item of such bid, deemed most
advantageous to the city. Bidders are
hereby notified that acceptance of this
contract by the successful bidder consti-
tutes certification that the bidder is or
will be in full compliance with applicable
Federal and/or State Law.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

That said paper has been continuously and uninterruptedly published
in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
of said notice or advertisement and is a newspaper within the meaning
