CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING THE
DEFINITION OF HOBBY KENNEL IN
TITLE 18 (LAND USE) OF THE CHUB -
BUCK MUNICIPAL CODE TO CON-
FORM WITH THE DEFINI-TION OF
KENNEL IN TITLE 9 {ANIMAL CON-
TROL); REPEALING PRIOR CON-
FLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING
FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING THAT ALL OTHER SEC-
TIONS AND PROVISIONS OF CHAP-
TER 18.04 NOT HF—REIN AMENDED
SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND
EFFECT; AND PROVIDING WHEN
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL_ OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. Amended Section
18.04.050(.1). Section 18.04.050(J) of
the Chubbuck Municipal Code is
amended to read as follows:
J. "Kennel" is defined as follows:
1. "Hobby kennels" means any location
other than a veterinary hospital and a
commercial kennel where three or more
dogs over four months of age are kept.
2. "Commercial kennels" means 1) any
location where one or more female
dogs are kept primarily for breeding and
the offspring thereof are sold for profit,
and 2) anv location other than a veteri-
nary hospital, where dogs are received
for boarding and/or care.

PROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this
27th day of August, 1991.
