CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
City council of the city of Chubbuck,
Chubbuck, Idaho will conduct a public
hearing at 7:30 pm, September 24,
1991, at the Chubbuck City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the following item:
1. An Application by Leman whited,
207 Briscoe, for a Change of Use Dis-
trict to C-2 (General Commercial). Prop-
erty is presently zoned R-2 (Limited
Residential).
A COPY OF THE APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR YOU
TO REVIEW.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing item, and at
the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of or in
0 osition to the proposal.
