NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
City Council of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho will conduct a public hearing at
5:15 p.m., Tuesday, October 29, 1991,
at the Chubbuck City Office, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the following items:
An application by Robert D. Orchard,
Mary Orchard, Jerry Morrison, Jannett
Morrison, Micky Morrison, and Shelia
Morrison to vacate Canindagua Road in
Bar -X Tracts Subdivision, Bannock
County, Idaho. Bar -X Tracts Subdivision
is situated within the area of city impact.
This public hearing is being held by
authority of I.C. 50-1306A.
A COPY OF THE APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY OFFICE FOR PUB-
LIC REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY MUST BE
SUBMITTED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO
HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY APPEAR
with regard to the foregoing `stem, and at
the time indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of or in
opposition to the proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
