AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, VACATING
CANINDAGUA ROAD LYING BE-
TWEEN BLOCK 4 AND 5 OF BAR X
TRACTS SUBDIVISION TO BANNOCK
COUNTY, IDAHO; REPEALING PRIOR
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDI-
NANCE; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFEC-
TIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. Vacation. The public right-of-
way described as Canindagua Road
lying between Block 4 and Block 5 of
Bar X Tracts Subdivision to Bannock
County, Idaho is vacated in its entirety.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL AND AP-
PROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, this
10th day of December 1991.
