COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
NOVEMBER 2, 2016 — 6:00PM
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor England
PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG: Miles West
INVOCATION: Dave Hall
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: October 19, 2016.
Councilmember Baumeister moved to approve the minutes. Councilmember Ellis
seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Brookstone Estates Division 5 and Brookstone
Estates Division 6.
Councilmember Lewis asked if the Divisions 5 and 6 meet city Code. Rodney Burch
stated that the Division are in compliance with City Code.
Councilmember Evans moved to accept the Offer of Dedication for Brookstone Estate
Division 5 and Brookstone Estate Division 6. Councilmember Ellis seconded. Roll call
vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes.
2. Discussion and possible adoption of updated City Personnel Policy.
There was no discussion on the policy in this meeting. Mr. Gummersall is working on
revisions of the policy for the council.
CLAIMS: Computer Printout claims for November 2, 2016 as presented to Mayor England and
Council.
Councilmember Lewis moved to approve the Claims. Councilmember Evans seconded. Roll
call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes.
ADJOURN: Mayor England adjourned the meeting at 6:20pm
