CALL TO ORDER: Mayor England
AMEND COUNCIL STUDY SESSION AGENDA:
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Discuss City health insurance benefits
Council discussed the City's Health Benefits for its employees.
Councilmember Ellis made a motion to allow the Mayor to change the City's insurance broker to
Intermountain Insurance Services and the City's health insurance administrator to Regence Blue
Shield with the RMTS stop loss plan. Councilmember Evans Seconded.
Roll Call Vote: Lewis — Yes, Ellis — Yes, Baumeister — Yes, Evans — Yes.
The Mayor adjourned the meeting at 2:32pm.
