AMEND COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Council Meeting Minutes of February 3, 2016.
Councilmember Lewis moved to approve the minutes of February 3, 2016. Councilmember
Baumeister seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes.
PUBLIC HEARING:
An application by Ellis construction Lifestyle Homes, 4470 Wasatch Street, Chubbuck, Idaho
83202 for Copperfield Landing Division 3 Preliminary Plat, located in the northeast'/4 of section
4, Township 6 south, Range 34 east, of the Boise Meridian in the County of Bannock, south of
Siphon Road, North of Dell Road and east of Cole.
Mr. Ellis or a representative was invited to explain the plat. Mr. Ellis stated that he was
withdrawing his application. Mr. Ellis explained that he is presenting the preliminary plat and
the modification to the Copperfield Landing PUD because of a land purchase between the City
and Mr. Ellis. Mr. Ellis does not believe that the City has lived up to their contractual
obligations in regards to the land purchase. Mayor England verified with Mr. Ellis his desire to
withdraw the plat. Mr. Ellis answered yes. There was no public hearing held.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Application of preliminary plat for Copperfield Landing Division 3.
Without holding the public hearing and Mr. Ellis withdrawing his application, there was
no discussion or action on the preliminary plat.
2. Request by Ellis Construction Lifestyle Homes/Rocky Mountain Engineering to modify
the approved final PUD plan for Copperfield Landing to accommodate City well site #6.
Councilmember Ellis stated that he would abstain from the decision. Rodney Burch
started to present the amended plan. Mr. Ellis made it clear that he is withdrawing his
request to amend the approved final PUD plan for Copperfield Landing.
Councilmember Lewis moved to postpone the requested modification to the final PUD
plan for Copperfield Landing. Councilmember Evans seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -
abstain, Lewis -yes, Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes.
CLAIMS:
Computer printout claims for February 17, 2016 as presented to Mayor England and Council.
Councilmember Ellis moved to approve the claims for February 17, 2016. Councilmember
Baumeister seconded. Roll call vote: Ellis -yes, Lewis -yes, Baumeister -yes, Evans -yes.
