NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hearing
at 8:00 pm, February 4,
1993, at the Chubbuck
City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following
Items:
1. An application by Joe
Osier, 11010 W. Hickory,
Bolse, Idaho, for a review
of preliminary plat of Mist[
Manor Subdivision,
located near SE corner of
Hawthorne (4700 block)
and W. Chubbuck Road
400 Block);

the hour of 7:30 p.m., in
the City Municipal Build-
ing, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, the City Council
will hold a hearing con-
cerning this item together
with the recommendations
of the Land Use and
Development Commis-
sion.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
