AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, AMENDING
CHAPTER 18.14.020(C)
OF THE CHUBBUCK
MUNICIPAL CODE TO
REDUCE THE SIZE OF
TREES GROWING FROM
TWO TO TWO AND
ONE-HALF INCHES TO
ONE TO ONE AND ONE-
HALF INCHES; REPEAL-
ING PRIOR CONFLICT-
ING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE
SEVERABILITY OF THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS
ORDINANCE; PROVID-
ING THAT ALL OTHER
SECTIONS AND PROVI-
SIONS OF CHAPTER
18.14 NOT HEREIN
AMENDED SHALL RE-
MAIN IN FULL FORCE
AND EFFECT; AND
PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF 'THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. Amended
18.14.020 Chapter
18.14.020(C) of the
Chubbuck Municipal Code
is amended as follows:
C. Plant material.
1. Qualitv. Plant material
used to obtain compliance
with this chat:'.er ;.hall be
of a high quality equiva-
lent to that provided by
local reputable nurseries.
2. Trees shall be species
having an average mature
spread of crown of greater
than fifteen feet. Trees
shall be not less that one
to one and one-half inch
caliper size at time of
planting; provided all trees
must be planted and
staked, if necessary,
according to professional
nursery standards. No
tree or plant which may
cause damage to public
roadways or sidewalks or
which is regarded as a
"trash" tree orpant shall
ae planted. A list of
accepted tree, shrub, and
ground cover species
shall be maintained by the
city building official for
review by the public. Any
other tree, shrub or
ground cover species may
be planted only upon prior
approval from the city
building official.
3. Hedges. Shrubs com-
posing hedges shall be a
minimum of two feet in
height when measured
immediately after planting.

IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the publication
