Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
until 2:00 P.M., April 20,
1993, at which time the
bids duly submitted will
be opened and read. A
complete set of specifica-
tions for wUch the bids
' are solicited is available at
the office of the Fire
Chief, 4727 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho.
All bids must be delivered
under sealed cover, and
must contain one of the
following forms of bidders
security in the amount of
five percent (5%) of the
amount bid; cash, cash-
ier's checkPayable to
the city, certified check
payable to the city, or
bidders bond executed by
a qualified surety com-
pany payable to the city.
The cityreserves the right
to reject any and all bids,
or to accept the lowest
responsible bid, or any
item of any such bid,
deemed most advanta-
geous to the city. Bidders
are hereby notified that
acceptance of this con-
tract by the successful
bidder constitutes certifi-
cation that the bidder is or
will be in full compliance
with applicable Federal
and/or State law.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clark of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL_, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
