Sealed bids of fire trucks
will be received by the
city of Chubbuck, Idaho at
the office of the City
Clerk, P.O. Box 5604,
5160 Yellowstone Ave.,
Chubbuck, Idaho 83202,
until 2:00 P.M., June 8,
1993, at which time the
bids duly submitted will
be opened and read. A
complete set of specifica-
tions for which the bids
are solicited is available at
the office of the Fire
Chief, 4727 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho.
All bids must be delivered
under sealed cover,
marked fire truck bid, and
must contain one of the
following forms of bidders
security in the amount
of five percent (5%) of
the amount bid; cash,
cashier's check payable to
the city, certified check
payable to the city or
bidders bond executed
by a qualified surety
company pa able to the
city. The City reserves
the right to reject any
and all bids, or to accept
the lowest responsible .
bid, or any item of any
such bid, deemed most
advantageous to the city.
Bid will be awarded not
sooner than June 22,
1993. Bidders are hereby
notified that acceptance
of this contract by the
successful bidder consti-
tutes certification that
the bidder is or will be
in full compliance with
applicable Federal and/or
State Law.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
