NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hearing
at 8:00 p.m., July 1, 1993,
at the Chubbuck City
Office, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, €daho,
with respect to the
following items:
1. An application by Frank
& Carol Hall, P.O. Box
171 McCammon, for a
conditional use permit
to place a double wide
mobile home at 105 W.
Siphon Road; the property
is presently zoned Limited
Residential (R-2);
2. An application by R. A.
Albers, 10250 Oakshire
Drive, Carmel, CA for
review of preliminary plat
of Tyhee Estates, 1st
Addition, located on
Tyhee Road, North &
West of Hitine Road.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that on
13th July, 1993 at the
hour of 7:30 p.m., in the
City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone I
Avenue, The City Council
will hold a hearing
concerning Item #2
together with the
recommendations of
the Land Use and
Development Commis-
sion:

APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY
OFFICE FOR YOU TO
REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY
MUST BE SUBMITTED
3 DAYS PRIOR TO
HEARINGS.
YOU MAY APPEAL IN
WRITING THE DECISION
OF THE LAND USE
BOARD TO THE CITY
COUNCIL WITHIN 25
DAYS OF THE LAND
USE MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS
MAY APPEAR with regard
to the foregoing items,
and at the time indicated
will be given an
opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition
to the proposal.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
