NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hearing
at 8:00 pm, July 1, 1993,
at the Chubbuck City
Office, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the
following items:
1. An application by Roy
J. Lacey, 12411 N. Corey
Lane, for a review of
preliminary plat for Espie
1st Addition subdivision,
located on a tract of
land on the west side of
i Hawthorne Road 5500
block (south 112 of the
Northeast quarter of
section 4 township 6
south, range 34 East
B.M.).

HEREBY GIVEN that on
13th July, 1993 at the
hour of 7:30 p.m., in the
City Municipal Building,
5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, The City Council
will hold a hearing
concerning this item
together with the
recommendations of
the Land Use and
Development commission.
A COPY OF THE
APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY
OFFICE FOR YOU TO
REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY
MUST BE SUBMITTED
3 DAYS PRIOR TO
HEARINGS.
YOU MAY APPEAL IN
WRITING THE DECISION
OF THE LAND USE
BOARD TO THE CITY
COUNCIL WITHIN 25
DAYS OF THE LAND
USE MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS
MAY APPEAR with regard
to the foregoing item, and
at the time indicated will
be given an opportunity to
be heard in support of
or in opposition to the
proposal.
