NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BUDGET FISCAL YEAR, 1993-1994
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
City Council of
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho will
hold a public
hearing for consideration of the proposed budget for
fiscal period October 1, 1993 - September
30, 1994
all pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-1002,
I.C., said hearing to be held at
City Municipal
Building, Chubbuck, Idaho at 7:30 p.m., on Tuesday,
August 24, 1993. At said hearing
all interested
persons may appear and show cause, if any they
have, why said proposed budget should not be
adopted.
PROPOSED EXPENDITURES
THE FOLLOWING is an estimate set forth in said
proposed budget, of the total proposed expenditures
and occurring indebtedness of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho for the fiscal year period October 1, 1993 -
September 30, 1994.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
