INTERGOVERNMENTAL
TRANSFER
The City of Chubbuck
proposes to sell to
the City of McCammon
for $25,000, a 1966
International Howe fire
truck, VIN No. .FD
98072H, with a 1,000
gallon pumper, 750 gallon
tank, 1,200 feet of 1 112
inch hose, 20 gallons of
Class B foam, 2 XLBO
self-contained breathing
apparatus units as well
as other equipment
appurtenant to the fire
truck. A written contract
has been entered into
between the two cities
pursuant to Idaho Code
sections 67-2322 and
2323.
The Chubbuck City
Council will meet in a
special meeting on
September 21, 1993 at
7:30 p.m. for purposes of
ratifying the agreement.
The City of McCammon
will meet in a special
meeting on September
28, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. for
purposes of ratifying the
agreement.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL_, on the following dates,
