NOTICE. IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hearing
at 6:00 pm, October 7,
1993, at the Chubbuck
City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following
items:
1. A proposal by Kelvin
and Nelda Kugler, 5156
Galena, for a conditional
use for a day-care and
preschool; to sell and
repair used appliances
and to have a large sign
advertising the businesses
at 4801 Whitaker. The
property is presently
zoned limited residential
(R-2).

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
