County of Bannock CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO ORDINANCE NO. #400 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ADOPTING CHAPTER 15.44, BANNOCK COUNTY RESIDENTIAL ENERGY CODE; REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVID- ING FOR THE SEVERA- BILITY OF THE PROVI- SIONS OF THIS ORDI- NANCE; AND PROVID- ING WHEN THIS ORDI- NANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: Section 1. Chapter 15.44. The following Chapter 15.44 is being added to the Chubbuck Municipal Code: Chapter 15.44 BANNOCK COUNTY RESIDENTIAL ENERGY CODE Sections: 15.44.010 Purpose of provisions. 15.44.020 Adoption and procedure for adopting future changes. 15.44.030 Filing. 15.44.010 Purpose of provisions. Thompson being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That chp __ was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
