$160,000.00, AN PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Or-
dinance No. 301, the ap-
propriation ordinance for
the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, for the fiscal year
commencing October 1,
1992, and ending Sep-
tember 30, 1993, be and
the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That the additional sum of
$160,000.00 be appropri-
ated out of the revenues
from the Sanitation Fund
1n the sum of
$133,500,00, to be used
for authorized activities.
SECTION 2. Effective
Date. The rule requiring
an ordinance to be read
on three separate days,
one of which shall be a
reading in full, is hereby
dispensed with, and this
ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and
after its passage, approval
and publication.
