NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hearing
at 6:00 prn, November 4,
1993, at the Chubbuck
City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following
items:
1. A proposal by K.G.
Gibbs, 426 E. Chubbuck
for a Change in Land Use
District to Industrial (1) for
property in the NE4 NE4
Section 10 Township 6
South Range 34 E.B.M.
(435 E. Chubbuck Road).
Property is presently
zoned Limited Residential
(R-2).
2. A proposal by David
B. Waitman, 5309 Haw-
thorne for a conditional
use permit for a used car
sales at 4951 Yellowstone
Avenue. Property is
presently zoned C-2.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that on
9th November, 1993 at
the hour of 7:30 p.m.,
in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, the City
Council will hold a hearing
on item 41, together
with the recommendations
of the Land Use and
Development Commis-
sion.
A COPY OF THE
APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY
OFFICE FOR YOU TO
REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY
MUST BE SUBMITTED
3 DAYS PRIOR TO
HEARINGS,
YOU MAY APPEAL IN
WRITING THE DECISION
OF THE LAND USE
BOARD TO THE CITY
COUNCIL WITHIN 25
DAYS OF THE LAND
USE MEETING.
