PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hearing
at 8:00 pm, December 2,
1993, at the Chubbuck
City Office, 5164
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho, with
respect to the following
items:
1. A proposal by the City
of Chubbuck to require
paved driveway connect-
ing the public right of way
with any required off-
street parking spaces;
to require appropriate
striping.
2. A proposal by the City
of Chubbuck to allow a
class III production
building to be used as a
production building sales
office.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that on
14th December, 1993 at
the hour of 7:30 P.M.,
in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, the
City Council will hold
a hearing together with
the recommendations
of the Land Use
and Development
Commission.
A COPY OF THE
APPLICATION IS ON
FILE AT THE CITY
OFFICE FOR YOU TO
REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY
MUST BE SUBMITTED
3 DAYS PRIOR TO
HEARINGS.
YOU MAY APPEAL IN
WRITING THE DECISION
OF THE LAND USE
BOARD TO THE CITY
COUNCIL WITHIN 25
DAYS OF THE LAND
USE MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS
MAY APPEAR with regard
to the foregoing items,
and at the time indicated
will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition
to the proposal.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
