COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 20TH' 2017 — 6:00PM
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor England
PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG: Councilmember Ellis

COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Ryan Lewis, Josh Ellis, Annette Baumeister, Melanie Evans
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Rodney Burch, Rich Morgan
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: September 61h, 2017
Councilmember Ellis motioned to approve the minutes for the Council meeting held September
6, 2017. Councilmember Lewis seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lewis -Yes, Ellis -Yes, Baumeister -
Yes, Evans -Yes.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
Approval of Copperfield Landing Div. 5 Final Plat.
Councilmember Lewis asked city staff if the plat was in conformance with all city
standards. City staff responded in the affirmative.
Councilmember Lewis motioned to approve Copperfield Landing Division 5 Final Plat. .
Councilmember Evans seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lewis -Yes, Ellis -recused, Baumeister -
Yes, Evans -Yes.
2. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Integrity Estates.
Councilmember Lewis asked city staff if the infrastructure built for Integrity Estates
meets all city standards. City staff responded in the affirmative.
Councilmember Lewis motioned to accept the Offer of Dedication for Integrity Estates.
Councilmember Baumeister seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lewis -Yes, Ellis -Yes,
Baumeister -Yes, Evans -Yes.
3. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Bilyeu Estates Div. 1
This item was postponed to a future meeting.
4. Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Idaho Central Credit Union-Chubbuck Branch.
Councilmember Lewis asked city staff if the infrastructure built for Idaho Central Credit
Union-Chubbuck Branch meets all city standards. City staff responded in the affirmative.
Councilmember Ellis motioned to accept the Offer of Dedication for Idaho Central Credit
Union-Chubbuck Branch. Councilmember Evans seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lewis -Yes,
Ellis -Yes, Baumeister -Yes, Evans -Yes.
5. Update 2008 Sewer Service Boundary
This item was postponed to a future meeting.
CLAIMS:
1. City of Chubbuck claims for September 20th, 2017 as presented to Mayor England
and Council.
Councilmember Ellis motioned to approve the claims. Councilmember Baumeister
seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lewis -Yes, Ellis -Yes, Baumeister -Yes, Evans -Yes.
2. Chubbuck Development Authority claims for September 20th, 2017 as presented to
Mayor England and Council
Councilmember Ellis motioned to approve the claims. Councilmember Baumeister
seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lewis -Yes, Ellis -Yes, Baumeister -Yes, Evans -Yes.
