OF CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION
The state Division of Environmen-
tal Quality had determined that
proposed wastewater treatment fa-
cilities improvements for the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho, sta.;., project
194-3-00-1, conform to pertinent cri-
teria of Chapter 5, Attachment E of
the state Wastewater Facilities
Loan Account Handbook of Proce-
dures. The project, which involves
construction of sewer collector
main, rehabilitation and updating
sewer Ilft stations, installing bypass
line between two lift stations, and
replacement of existing broken
sewer lines is therefore categori-
cally excluded from further envi-
ronmental review as prescribed by
Chapter 5. Copies of the notice of
Categorical Exclusion and the facil-
ity plan upon which it Is based are
available for public review at:

Public comments must be received
