CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Land Use and Development
Commission of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho will conduct a public
hearing at 8:00 pm, March 5, 1992,
at the Chubbuck City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, with respect to the following
items:
1. A proposal by Teton communica-
tion, Inc, 545 S. Utah, Idaho Falls
for a conditional use permit to in-
stall a radio communication tower
along Fairground Road, Chubbuck,
ID. Property is presently zoned Ag-
ricultural.
2. An application by R. A. Albers,
10250 Oakshire Drive Carmel, CA
93923 for a review of preliminary
plat of Tyhee Estates, a subdivision
located North of Tyhee Road be-
tween Moonglow and Hikine Road.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that on March 10, 1992 at
the hour of 7:30 p.m„ in the City
,,unicipal Building, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, the City Council
will hold a hearing concerning item
No. 2 together with the recom-
mendations of the Land Use and
Development Commission.
A COPY OF THE APPLICATIONS
ARE ON FILE AT THE CITY OF-
FICE FOR YOU TO REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY MUST BE
SUBMITTED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO
HEARINGS.
YOU MAY APPEAL IN WRITING
THE DECISION OF THE LAND
USE BOARD TO THE CITY COUN-
CIL WITHIN 25 DAYS OF THE
LAND USE MEETING.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY
APPEAR with regard to the forego-
ing item, and at the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to be
heard in support of or in opposition
to the proposal.
