NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Land Use and Development
Commission of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho will conduct a public
hearing at 8:00 PM March 19, 1992,
at the Chubbuck City Office, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, with respect to the following
items:
1. A proposal by American Heri-
tage, Inc. Box 26B4, Pocatello for a
Change in Land Use District upon
requested annexation to Single
Family Residential (R-1) for prop-
erty located on the north end of
Freedom and Independence Streets
(SW 1/4 of section 4, TA.S.,R.34 E).
2. An application by American Heri-
tage, Inc. for a review of preliml-
nary plat of Heritage West No. 3
subdivision, a subdivision located
on a tract of land at the north end
of Freedom and Independence
Streets.
3. A proposal by Roy J. Lacey,
12411 North Corey Lane for a
Change in Land Use District upon
requested annexation to Single
Family Residential (R-1) and Lim-
ited Residential (R-2) a subdivision
located on the west side of Haw-
thorne Road 5500 block.
4. An application by Roy J. Lacey,
for a review of preliminary plat of
Esple Subdivision, a subdivision lo-
cated on a tract of land on the west
side of Hawthorne Road 5500 block
(south 1/2 of the northeast quarter
of section 4 township 6 south, range
34 East B.M.)
S. A proposal by the City of Chub -
buck to amend the Chubbuck Land
Use Ordinance adding definition of
screening fence and solid fence to
the General land use Definitions
and amend conflicting sections of
the code.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that on 24th of March, 1992
at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, the City Council
will hold a hearing concerning these
items together with the recom-
mendations of the Land use and
Development Commission.
A COPY OF THE APPLICATIONS
ARE ON FILE AT THE CITY OF-
FICE FOR YOU TO REVIEW.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY MUST BE
SUBMITTED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO
THE HEARINGS.
INTERESTED CITIZENS MAY
APPEAR with regard to the forego-
ing item, and at the time indicated
will be given an opportunity to be
heard in support of or in opposition
to the proposal.
