AMENDED SHALL
REMAIN IN FULL
FORCE AND EF-
FECT; AND PRO-
VIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL

Section 1. Amended
Chapter 13.08. Chapter
13.08 of the Chubbuck
Municipal Code is
amended to read:
T3.08.410 Connection
Fees. The Administra-
tive fee for service con-
nections and other ser-
vices provided from
time to time by the
City to customers shall
be set by resolution of
the Chubbuck City
Council as from time to
time adopted.
Service Connections
and other services ren-
dered by the City shall
be charged on the basis
of materials used and
labor, plus overhead
expended, in addition
to the administrative
fee set by resolution of
the City Council. The
charge for a service
connection shall be de.
termined by the pubric
works director or his
designee; provided,
however, a minimurn
service charge may be
set for routine jobs.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
