NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 pm, April 2,
1992, at the Chubbuck
City Office, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho, with re-
spect to the following
items:
1. A proposal by Stan-
ley Lebsack Jr., 4692
Burley Drive, Chub -
buck, Idaho for a
change of Use District
(Industrial). Property
is presently zoned R-2
(Limited Residential).
2. A proposal by the
City of Chubbuck to
amend title 16 of the
Chubbuck City Code
and Adopt the Idaho
Standards for Public
Works Construction.
3. An application by
Craig Rickert & Assoc.,
3101 W. 41 Street, Suite
205, Sioux Falls, SD to
vacate Plat of Chub -
buck Plaza Industrial
Park, 4250 Yellowstone
and a portion of Com-
mercial way deeded to
the city.
4. An application by
Craig Rickert & Assoc.,
Sioux Falls, SD for a
review of preliminary
plat of Rickert Subdivi-
.sion located on a tract
of land South of Bul-
lock Drive.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on April 14, 1992 at the
hour of 7:30 p.m., in
the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, the
City Council will hold a
hearing on the above
items together with the
recommendations of
the Land Use and De-
velopment Commis-
sion,
