WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE-
COME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
Section 1. Annexation.
The following described
lands, located within
Bannock County and
contiguous to the exist-
ing boundaries of the
City of Chubbuck,
Idaho are hereby an-
nexed and included
within the boundaries
and iurisdictional lim-
its of the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho:
Ray Lacey's Espie Sub-
division on Hawthorne
Road, as described on
the attached Exhibit
„A„
Section 2. Zoning, The
above-described lands
newly annexed to the
City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, shall be subject
to the zoning classifica-
tion of R-1, Single Fam-
ily Residential, except
for proposed Lot 1,
Block 1 and Lot 1,
Block 2 being ap-
proximately the east-
erly 121 feet of the an-
nexed area, which shall
be zoned R-2, Limited
Residential.
Section 3. Filing. The
Chubbuck City Clerk is
hereby directed to
LORI A SEKOT
being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:
