County of Bannock CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO ORDINANCE NO. 369 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUB - BUCK, IDAHO, AN- NEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO BE IN- CLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES AND JURISDIC- TIONAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CHUB - BUCK, IDAHO; SPEC- IFYING THE ZONING CLASSI FI CAT10N WHICH SHALL BE APPLIED TO SAID LANDS NEWLY AN- NEXED TO THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK; DI- RECTING THE CHUB - BUCK CITY CLERK TO COMPLY WITH THE FILING RE- QUIREMENTS CON- TAINED IN IDAHO CODE SECTION 63- 2215; REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PRO- VIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDI- NANCE SHALL BE- COME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: Section 1. Annexation. The following described lands, located within Bannock County and contiguous to the exist- ing boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho are hereby an- nexed and included within the boundaries and jurisdictional lim- its of the City of Chub - buck, Idaho: Heritage West No. 3, as described on Exhibit "A" attached. Section 2. Zoning. The above-described lands newly annexed to the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, shall be subject to the zoning classifica- tion of R-1, Single Fam- ily Residential. Section 3. Filing. The Chubbuck City Clerk is hereby directed to comply with the filing requirements contained in Idaho Code Section 63-2215. Section A. Conditions. The annexation Is con- ditioned upon Devel- oper doing the follow- ing: 1. Street will be built to new standard of 31/2" LORI A SEKOT being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That aha was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri- ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
