City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, at the office of
the City Clerk, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, fdaho, until
2:00 P.M., April 15,
1992, at which time the
bids duly submitted
will be opened and
read. A complete list of
materials and specifi-
cations for which the
bids are solicited is
available at the office
of the City Engineer,
5160 Yellowstone Av-
enue, Chubbuck, Idaho.
All bids must be deliv.
ered under sealed
cover, and must con-
tain one of the follow-
ing forms of bidders se-
curity in the amount of
five percent (5%) of
the amount bid; cash,
cashiers check payable
to the city, certified
check payable to the
city, or bidder's bond
executed by a qualified
surety Company pay-
able to the City. The
city reserves the right
to reject any and all
bids, or to accept the
lowest responsible bid,
or any item of any such
bid, deemed most ad-
vantageous to the city.
Bidders are hereby no-
tified that acceptance
of this contract by the
successful bidder con-
stftutes certification
that the bidder is or
will be in full compli-
ance with applicable
Federal and/or State
law.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of Ameri-
ca, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE IDAHO
STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
