NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 pm, May 7,
1992, at the Chubbuck
City Office, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho, with re-
spect to the following
items:
1. An application by
Jim Worthen, 730 E.
Chubbuck Road, Chub -
buck, Idaho for a re-
view or preliminary
plat of Worthen Subdi-
vision, located west of
4858 and 4884 J o-
hannsen Place.
2. A proposal by City of
Chubbuck, for a condi-
tional use permit to
place one freight stor-
age shed (shipping con-
tainer) between Pony
and Bronco Fields
West of Concession
Stand.
3. A proposal by the
City of Chubbuck to
amend Chapter 17.16 of
the Chubbuck City
Code to (equire park
land dedication or con-
tribution in lieu of dedi-
cation to include land,
turf, sprinkler system
and an exterior fence.
4. A proposal by the
City of Chubbuck to es-
tablish the maximum
ratio of lot depth to lot
width.
5. A proposal by the
City of Chubbuck to
provide standards for
vehicle sales sites.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
GIVEN that on May 12,
1992 at the hour of 7:30
P.M., in the City Mu-
nicipal Building, 5150
Yellowstone Avenue,
the City Council will
hold a hearing on the
above items together
with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission.
