An ordinance of the
City of chubbuck,
Idaho amending Chap-
ter 16.12 and 16.16 of
the Chubbuck Munici-
pal Code to define a
local street and to pro-
vide that such a street
has a 5o foot right-of-
way width and is 39
feet wide from curb to
curb; eliminating the
previous design stand-
ards set forth in the
Chubbuck Municipal
Code and adopting the
design standards of the
Great Lakes - Upper
Mississippi River
Board of State Public
Health and Environ-
mental Manager as
published by the Health
Education Services in
Albany, New York; re-
vising the provisions
for storm water collec-
tion laterals and adopt-
ing the above design
standards with the ex-
ception of runoff vol-
ume and rate, which is
to be calculated using
engineering methods
approved by the City
Engineer, requiring 12
inch inside diameter
laterals and allowing
additional pipe types
beyond that allowed by
the above designed
standards; providing
for design of water dis-
tribution systems ac-
cording to the above
standards and specify -

STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello,
Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
