Chubbuck, Idaho, until
2;00 P.M., Tuesday
June 23, 1992, at which
time the bids duly sub-
mitted will be opened
and read. A complete
list of materials and
specifications for which
the bids are solicited is
available at the office
of the City Engineer,
5160 Yellowstone Av-
enue, Chubbuck, Idaho.
All bids must be deliv-
ered under sealed
cover, and must con-
tain one of the follow-
ing forms of bidders se-
curity in the amount of
five percent (5%) of
the amount bid; cash,
cashier's check pay-
able to the city, certi-
fied check payable to
the city, or bidder's
bond executed by a
qualified surety com-
pany payable to the
city. The city reserves
the right to refect any
and all bids, or to ac-
cept the lowest respon-
sible bid, or any Item
of any such bid,
deemed most advanta-
geous to the city. Bid-
ders are hereby noti-
fied that acceptance of
this contract by the
successful bidder con-
stitutes certification
that the bidder is or
i will be in full compli-
ance with applicable
Federal and/or State
law.
