NOTICE 15 HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:oo pm, July 9,
1492, at the Chubbuck
City Office, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho, with re-
spect to the following
items:
1. A proposal by the
City of Chubbuck to
change the City's Com-
prehensive Pian Land
Use Pattern for that
portion of the North-
east Quarter (NE 1/4)
of Section 11, Township
6 South, Range 34
E.B.M. lying east of In-
terstate 15, it is pro-
posed that the land use
Pattern be changed
from Single Family
Residential (R-1) to
General Commercial
(C-2). Streets affected
by the change will be
East Chubbuck Road
lying east of 1-15 and
Fairgrounds Road.
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on 14th of July, 1992 at
the hour of 7:30 p.m.,
in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, the
City Council will hold a
hearing concerning
these items together
With the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein,
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
