CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Land
Use and Development
Commission of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho will
conduct a public hear-
ing at 8:00 pm, Septem-
ber 10, 1992, at the
Chubbuck City Office,
5160 Yellowstone Av-
enue, Chubbuck, Idaho,
with respect to the fol-
lowing items:
1. An application by
Joe Osier, 11010 W.
Hickory Dr. Boise, ID
for a change in the
City's Comprehensive
pian and a change of
land use district to
Limited Residential (R-
2) with respect to a
parcel of land 13.80
acres located near SE
corner of Hawthorne
(4700 block) and W.
Chubbuck road to the
Canal. The property is
currently zoned agri-
cultural (A).
2. An application by
Ron Davis, 4862 Valen-
cy Drive, for a condi-
tional use permit (1)
Vehicle Storage Site
(2) to erect an 8' fence;
at 4862 Valenty Road.
Property is presently
zoned General Com-
mercial (C-2).
3. An appiic` amain by
Robert Doty, 5049 Whi-
taker Rd. for a condi-
tional use permit for an
addition to the existing
mobile home park at
5049 Whitaker. Prop-
erty is presently zoned
(R-2).
FURTHER NOTICE IS
HEREBY GIVEN that
on 22nd of September,
1992 at the hour of 7:30
p.m., in the City Mu-
nicipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue,
the City Council will
hold a hearing concern-
ing Item #1 together
with the recommenda-
tions of the Land Use
and Development Com-
mission.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
to -wit:
