VIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL

TIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE MAYOR AND
COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
Section 1. Amended
9.20.021. Section 9.20.021
of the Chubbuck
Municipal Code is
amended to read:
9.20.021 Annual license
fee. The annual license
fee for dogs and ken-
nels for each year or
part thereof shall be
set by resolution as
adopted from time to
time by the Chubbuck
City Council. License
fees may charge more
for unneutered and un -
spayed dogs than neu-
tered or spayed dogs.
The term of any license
issued pursuant to this
section shall be from
June 1 to May 31. If the
license fee is not paid
by August 1 of each
year for renewal li-
censes or within thirty
days after a license be-
comes required for new
licenses (or within
sixty days of the effec-
tive date of this chap-
ter), the above fees, in-
cluding the kennel fee,
shall double. If the
keeping or harboring of
three or more dogs is
otherwise permitted at
any single premises by
the provisions of the

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That she
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
